Here are some details regarding the departure of puppies in their new family:
Normally we like to take the time to explain everything face to face with families who come to pick up their puppy and let them choose by handling the puppies. However, due to COVID-19, we must put in place a special procedure for the departure of puppies until the end of the pandemic. First I want to reassure you that our house is located in a row with few neighbors and which are also very far away. We have taken all the precautions to isolate ourselves and our animals since the beginning of this crisis so do not be afraid to catch it from us it would be practically impossible, on the other hand as we do not know the history of each of our customers, we will follow this special procedure to protect our family and all of our customers.
Here is the procedure for leaving your puppy to reduce the risk of COVID-19 contamination.
1- To pick up your puppy, go to the following address:
75 Rang Saint-Isidore Saint-Fabien-de-Panet, QC, G0R 2J0
2- Please take note that we do not accept checks on departure of the puppy. So your best bet is to pay in cash. Otherwise it is also possible to pay by PayPal and credit card as for the deposit. In this case you will tell me and I will send you a link for payment. (paypal charges 2.9% administration fees for this payment method)
3- When you arrive, park in front of our course entrance and call us at 418-4403045 if we are not already outside.
4- We will come outside with the puppy and place it on the ground and you can pick it up once we are a liitle bit away from the puppy.
Normally we take the time to explain everything in detail and answer the questions but for this procedure we will have prepared a manual which can be downloaded on our website which will answer the most frequent questions.
